Dining at V-Note for My Sister's Birthday

Saturday night, I'll be joining my siblings and our significant others for a nice meal at V-Note in Manhattan to celebrate my sister Elizabeth's birthday.  She's vegetarian and V-Note describes itself as "an Organic Wine Bar and Vegan Bistro."  If the thought of vegan cuisine turns you off, you will be pleasantly surprised -- take a look at these mouthwatering images from their menu:
